The Capricorn Coast has something for everyone - lovely beaches, hinterland, natural forests and islands. The major town in the area is Yeppoon, with a population of 6500. There are surfing beaches, places to fish like the Causeway Lakes or people can join a fishing trip in search of their "catch of the day".

Canoe along idyllic streams, explore caves, visit museums, browse through craft shops and admire the tremendous range of flora and fauna in the area.
