A BIG TOP named the Celebration Theatre gives a distinctive skyline to the landscape and a tranquil billabong nearby is a reflective place to relax among beautiful gardens and green swathes of lawn.

The Australian Workers Heritage Centre is a tribute to the contribution made by the country’s working men and women, and shows how ordinary people accomplished extraordinary things and in doing so built a nation.

Inside a number of buildings you find exhibition space that ranges from old schoolrooms to famed displays including the Women in Australia’s Working History project. A gift shop offers souvenirs, gifts, clothing, cards and books. The centre is open seven days a week (closed Christmas Day).
