Situated in the same complex as the award-winning Heinemann’s Bakery in Charleville, Coffee at Eighty-Four is an absolute find.

The surroundings are a visual delight, showing the Mediterranean influence of Tuscany with its terracotta tiles, suede sand wall finish and timber blinds. The food and its presentation is sophisticated enough to be found in a city and is a delight to the tastebuds.

But it’s your nose that knows when you’ve found a top coffee shop, no matter whether it’s situated in a city cafe or in the Queensland outback.

If you’re a coffee buff, you’ll breathe in with delight as you enter this gorgeous coffee shop because of the delicious aroma that greets you at the door. They grind as they go and the coffee you get there is as good as anything you’ll find in the city - espresso, latte, vienna, affrogato ...

Then there’s the latte frappe, mocha frappe, iced coffee, hot chocolate, white hot chocolate, iced chocolate, or real fruit smoothies available in mango, banana, tropical or strawberry.

Coffee and cold drinks, as well as pies, sausage rolls and sandwiches, are available from the bakery from 6.00am, while the coffee shop is open from 7.00am. (Both are open seven days a week.)

Meals available at the coffee shop include quiche, lasagne, gourmet sandwiches, filled croissants and bagels, open grills and Caesar salads, along with daily chalkboard choices. Outside of main menu times, beverages and light snacks are available.

The bakery has focaccias, bagels, cobbs and other specialty breads along with a big range of pastries and pies (think beef burgundy and curried chicken) and Cornish pasties. Mmm. It makes your mouth water just thinking about it.
