Jericho in Australia is far removed to that famous Jericho of Biblical times, but it does have some things in commmon.

The Australian version is a town in close proximity to the Jordon River and, for good measure, there's even a Lake Galilee nearby.

Jericho people commemorate their similarities with a Crystal Trumpeters structure, telling the story of how Joshua won the Battle of the other Jericho. While you're in the district, see t he town's murals and visit the smallest drive-in in the Southern Hemisphere!
