With a full interpretation of the landscape then and now under your belt, munching on an anzac biscuit on top of a mesa at the Australian Age of Dinosaurs takes on a whole new perspective!

You visit the Waltzing Matilda Centre, which really puts you in the picture about our national song, and you’re introduced to opals while you’re in town. Lunch is included.

For a great taste of the outback, the Drovers Extravaganza Dinner is unbeatable. A white linen setting in the great outdoors, lighting among the -paperbarks, a campoven culinary masterpiece and the poetry of Quintin Scott combine to make this an unforgettable night.

Another dining experience is the Qantas Discovery Dinner, right in the Qantas Founders Museum, with aviation history as your backdrop.

Spend a day learning Ilfracombe’s secrets - you do everything from exploring the Folk and Transport -Museum to hearing some great outback stories over lunch at the Wellshot Hotel.

These experiences are offered once or twice a week.
